Beta Club
Welcome to the SHS Beta Club Page!
Sweetwater High School participates in the National Beta Club in many ways. Our students are involved locally in our school and community, and regionally and nationally at summits and conventions. As of July 2026, we have 75 active Juniors and Seniors. This year, we look forward to inducting Sophomores along with more Juniors and Seniors. We also hope to add Freshmen to our Beta ranks some day soon. We'll add more, but take a look around at some of the many things we have done!

Membership Eligibilty
"The criterion for membership is decided by the individual club. Our national constitution states: The qualifications for membership on the part of the student shall be: (a) worthy, moral and ethical character; (b) exemplary achievement, and (c) commendable attitude. All students must be performing at or above grade level in order to be eligible for membership. Local clubs can require additional criteria."

- Pay a one-time Membership Fee of $50
- Complete 20 hours of Community Service per year
